IP Introduction

The GOWIN I3C DDR eXtension IP is used in serial communication interfaces and serial sensor interfaces to receive or transmit data. I3C DDR eXtension provides with synchronized SRAM interface I3C bus communication controller.

  • Only two lines are required to implement the communication system of single-master and multi-slave
  • Support multiple transmission modes： SDR and HDR
  • Support the latest I3C standards
  • Support I3C CCC commands
  • Support IBI, hot-Join
  • Support command queuing
  • Support for up to 4KB cache（SDR 2KB， DDR 4KB）
  • Support synchronous SRAM user interface
