Job Nature:

This is a commissioned sales position at Gowin US office (Melody Semiconductor) in San Jose, CA. Responsible for managing and growing the business for Gowin Semiconductor in North America market. Need understand customer's own business, align them with Gowin 's business direction and strategy, establish and cultivate strategic relationships with them. Come out account development strategy and plan, and line up internal resources and guide support team to maximize the business over the short and long term. Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer through the alignment of business direction, strategy, product roadmap, marketing program and tech standard. Develop a clear understanding of Gowin's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.

  • Conduct sales administration related Reports, forecast entry etc.
  • Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support

Requirement:
